Return Policy
Our stuff gets looked at individually by an actual individual before we ship it to you. Seriously. That doesn’t happen every day, and we believe it’s an essential part of the value provided to our customers. Further, we box things up to stay beautiful mmm-kay! We try to help you make the best decisions based on the information you provide us. Now, if you want to go and do something you shouldn’t with something you bought from me, then the problem is not with me or the stuff you bought. We require an RMA (Return Material Authorization) number to get credit on a return.
Standard Products:
We will exchange a product that is damaged or fails to work correctly when the customer receives the item. If a product is returned because there is nothing wrong with it, but the product is not in pristine condition, then the customer pays the freight and a 25% restocking fee. Standard orders cannot be returned or exchanged after 30 days from the date the customer ordered the product.
Custom, Non-Stock Products:
Custom items may not be returned or exchanged for any reason. If an item is custom built and there is something wrong with it and it’s our fault, then we will repair, replace, or exchange it for free for 90 days after you get it.
