Adapter Plates
Application: Interface between robot flange and EOAT components such as grippers, tool changers, or sensors.
Material Examples: Aluminum 6061-T6, 7075-T6, Stainless Steel 304/316.
Tolerance / Finish Notes: Mounting hole position ±0.01 mm, flatness ≤ 0.015 mm, parallelism ±0.01 mm. Surface finish Ra 0.8–1.6 µm.
